INSTALLER
Looking to expand our installation team. The ideal candidate will be a career driven individual with the desire to grow within the company. Willing to train the right person. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment for a high-volume shop. You will be the last impression left with the customer, so strong customer service skills are required. You will be responsible for the following: Reviewing daily schedule/orders and loading your truck with all needed materials, arriving to job sites in a timely and professional manor, installing the job with attention to detail, countertop removal/repairs as needed, working through or problem solving in the moment, clean and/or seal materials as needed, completing all finish work to company standards, reviewing completed job with customer. Qualified candidates are encouraged to apply and provide 3 references, minimum 1 professional.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required
- Must provide a valid driver’s license
- Punctual with strong attendance history
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in countertop installation and/or stone fabrication
- Able to lift and carry +100lbs regularly
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Comfortable multitasking and prioritizing tasks without guidance
- Strong customer service skills
NOW HIRING
TEMPLATOR
Looking to expand our templating team. The ideal candidate will be a career driven individual with the desire to grow within the company. Willing to train the right person. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment for a high-volume shop. You will be interacting with customers, contractors, designers and must have strong people skills. Must have an understanding of processes and job scope to field questions, know limitations, and plan for the installation process. You will be responsible for the following: Reviewing daily schedule, arriving to locations in a timely and professional manor, examining job site for potential installation concerns to notate, taking required template depending on job needs - stick template, hand renderings, laser/digital templating, reviewing order details with customer, uploading all files, photos, and notes to order in company software, completing all work to company standards. Qualified candidates are encouraged to apply and provide 3 references, minimum 1 professional.

- High school diploma required

- 1-3 years of relevant experience in stick
- Templating and hand rendering. Laser templating preferred but not required.
- General knowledge of home repairs/improvements
- Comfortable multitasking and prioritizing tasks without guidance
- Strong people skills and interacting with customers in a positive manner.
WAREHOUSE STAFF
Looking to hire warehouse staff. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment for a high-volume shop. Warehouse staff will be responsible for the following: Receiving incoming inventory, inspect both incoming and existing materials to identify defects and maximize material yields, photograph and catalog all inventory into SlabSmith software, maintain warehouse organizational standards, pull inventory and set up orders for fabrication. support sales staff in exposing slabs for customer appointments, execute all safety protocols to company standards. Warehouse staff are customer facing and should conduct themselves in a professional manor at all times. Experience with natural and engineered stone preferred but not required. Qualified candidates are encouraged to apply with resume and 2 professional references.
